Easy 30-Day Return Policy
At Play Storm, customers have the option to request a return within 30 days from the date they receive their order.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including all original tags, seals, and materials.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Trading cards must remain sealed and untouched.
- Used or previously owned items are only eligible for exchanges, unless found defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send your return request via our Contact Form including your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email with specific return instructions.
- Please do not ship any items without prior authorization—unauthorized returns may be declined.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or wrong items, contact us promptly through the Contact Form providing:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue (photos are helpful)
We aim to reply within 72 hours and may provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable. Defective returns will be inspected before refund approval.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are considered final sale and are non-returnable:
- Clearance or deeply discounted merchandise
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Subscription-based products or services
- Custom or personalized orders

How to Exchange an Item
To exchange a product, please:
- Return the original item following the return instructions above.
- After your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item is defective or incorrect.

Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a Play Storm error or product defect.
Prepaid return labels will be issued for confirmed defective or incorrect products.
